ENGINEERING
SolidWorks 3D modelling and FEA to design new products and reverse-engineer parts no longer supported by the OEM, drafted to AS1100 for the trades next door.
DESIGN, MODELLING & ANALYSIS IN-HOUSE
Our engineering department uses SolidWorks 3D modelling and FEA structural analysis to design new products and to reverse-engineer parts that are no longer supported by the OEM. Conceptual and workshop drawings are produced for the trades next door, so a design becomes a finished component without leaving the building.
Where a part keeps failing, we redesign it. Design optimisation that removes the stress concentrations that cause failures, then validates the change before any steel is cut.
TO RECOGNISED STANDARDS
Analysis and drafting run to recognised standards, with output that the workshop and the client can both rely on.
